If you have reason to make a complaint, please send an email to sales@baitology.co.uk Your email will get a reply within 7 days.
The actions I might take upon recieving a complaint include requesting a return of the goods, issuing a refund or seeking further information.
Nothing in my complaints procedure affects or supersedes your legal rights as a consumer.
